You could go out and buy both tampons and pads and midol and leave them in the bathroom and tell her there are some things in the bathroom that she might be needing and to make sure if there is anything she needs that she can talk to you because you have been through it all before. She is 14 and will understand. Some actually aren't embarred about it at all believe it or not.
