How come my hair only grows thicker but not longer?

Well i am guessing that it is your haircut, I had a a haircut one time that made my hair seem thicker and it barely looked like it was long (it was long) so i would suggest going to a hairstylist and asking them to cut it in a way that it shows the length:)
