In debt-need to re-establish credit. what can i do?

Apparently, you are not a money manager. First of all, if you are in a low paying job, you have no business with more than one card and the outstanding balance should never exceed what you are capable of paying. Credit scores don't amount to a hill of beans. You screwed up your credit history and it is up to you to climb out of it. Get rid of the credit cards. Pay cash for a while until you realize the value of a dollar when you have no more. Manage your money, get a second job do whatever has to be done to save. You don't want to retire years from now and have to live on social security payments.
