Is my diet good so far today?

The first issue with this is that for breakfast that should be your biggest meal... usually bigger then your lunch and dinner. Also, remember if it's white it isn't right... anything such as flour bread sugar etc... is not good for u at all.. How much time are u giving yourself between each meal (should be about 2- 3 hrs)... in order for you to boost your metabolism you should have a small snack in between such as fruit, yogurt, nuts.... something small and light... The cardio that your doing is fine but how many times a week are you doing it...
