No more money for my lawyer can he just not show up?

I gave him a retainer for 20,000 and he went through that did some extra billing for other stupid court dates were I had to plea not guilty. I wanted him to do something but every single time is just to say not guilty for so much money. So far a total of 45,000 has been given to him and monday he is going to file for suppression motion which is were the real work comes in and is asking for more He didnt convince the prosecutor for me to plea for a misdemeanor offense he said they want me to plea to a felony. I was renting basement at one point were I lived with my friend that moved in with a guy who basically had drugs in her home cops came in and we all got arrested point is i wasn't apart of it and they didnt have warrant they say she let them in but she didnt obviously she wouldn't want them to. they pushed her (3 cops)while she was in her underwear and they came to basement and got me to I was getting ready to school point is they dont have evidence to prove against me cause the evidence should be thrown out because of violation of 4 th amendment and this lawyer hasnt done any fighting sometimes I believe he wants me to cop out and get screwed because he doesn't want to do the work he said we have 80 percent chance of winning the case
