Why does she do this? Please Help!?

She says stuff like, you look weird today, you have got a huge bum, your makeup looks a little rushed, you look like deborah meaden (dont ask), you always leave me for others, it goes on. All these make me feel extremley un confident, the major insult is about my height, yes I am tiny but im not going to grow so why not judge me on something I really am? Why judge me at all when your my best friend? How can I stop this I just feel insecure and have no comebacks as to be honest I don't want to hurt her feelings im no where near like her, I care how I portray my behavior. Any advice?
