Atheists, what is a Vulcan's like Dr. Spock, weakness?

Besides the fact that he is a fictional character. He is logical, rational, and never cruel (well I think only because it would be illogical to be cruel). So what is his faults. Wouldn't he be considered a perfect human, the ideal human? Why or why not?
