I get really jealous with my girlfriend. what should i do?

You are not jealous as you might suspect. It is the experience of being insecure. You learned this from your parents split up, etc. Trust me, if you let her know how insecure you get when she does all the stuff she does, she will be in your lap in a heart beat because it is about you and not her. When you view it as this, insecure, you won't care what she is up too as your state of mind shifts to more of an empowering context. And all those y little movies going on in your head are very normal. Don't you wish you did not have to watch them? I mean, there isn't even any popcorn to boot!
