Cu3P Electrolyzed in H2O NaCl and Vinegar?

I took my Cu3P (exact makeup of alloy can be found here a href="http://www.bellmanmelcor.com/silvaloy_15.htm" rel="nofollow"http://www.bellmanmelcor.com/silvaloy_15…/a ) and used one piece as the anode and one piece as the cathode. The solution i made to do the electrolysis was water, table salt, and vinegar. I was trying to see if it was possible to extract the silver from the brazing rod, but i think i made several toxins. phosphorus, chlorine gas, and who knows what else. Can anybody tell me what I did? and if it was safe?
