How to find a lost trust fund?

how would you go about finding a trust fund that a dead family member set up. would ask family but they are crooked and are so engrossed with their own money and wont help. I keep getting tax forms to file quarterly taxes but no money! I only make 9$ an hour and don't even work 40 hours a week.
