Iss shee a poser.....?

my best friend and i were talking one night, on the phone..and she was telling me how she has always been made fun of. for one reson or another. she told me that she dident care what people thought anymore and she dident wanna fit in..she told me she wanted to go out for her birthday and buy bright skinny jeans and band tees she said she wanted to get her hair layerd and angled and teased, and get coontalis and corfull hair she said she wanted to for once stand out on purpose! if she dose this is it being a poser...? shes in 7th grade.
