My 8 month old seems frustrated..Is this normal?

yes my baby was the same way until about 8 months.. He started then fussing over a diaper changed and ever since he has throw fits even now at 14 months he still hates his diaper change.. She may be teething! It's deff. normal.. If you are really this concerned you can ask your doctor.. just give her teething toys and gel when she seems extra fussy
