German homework help please?

i have already got Um fit zu bleiben driemal in der woche ich besuche die turnhalle in mein stadt fur drei uhr. and the question 'being wie halten sie sich fit?' i want to say i also go jogging in the evenings sometimes. i have Auch um fit zu bleiben ich manchmal gehe joggen in die abends but am unsure if its right or not
