Irritable bowel syndrome..?

I constantly have diarrhea, and the lower part or the side of my stomach feels awful whenever i do. Even after I diarrhea, my stomach still hurts for about an hour afterward. It's not anything I eat, because i eat pretty good, and i've waken up in the middle of the night tons of times and having really bad stomach aches. Sometimes my stomach won't hurt for weeks, and then it'll return and hurt even worse. And sometimes when i think i have to go to the bathroom because my stomach hurts so bad, nothing comes. Do you think i could have irritable bowel syndrome?
