What xbox 360 games can a 14 year old get?

im 14 and im getting a xbox360 and my mom and dad wont even let me touch a M game.Im lucky i got JAK 3.as long as it dosent have ,gore,strong language,then i think it fine.blood,mild language,and violence is fine.just not M.T is fine sometimes.
